Overview:
Setting up the day for success. This means getting the FOH ready for service, scheduling and managing staff, and making sure guests are delighted with their experience here. Oue experienced saff don't need a lot of handholding - your job will be to support them and make sure they do their job well.
The proper candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a restaurant as a server/bartender. Experience as a FOH manager is an asset, but nto required. and have a highschool dipolma or equivalent. You must also be flexible enough to work mornings, eveneings, weekends, holidays. Thsi is a full time permanent position working 5 days (40-42 hours/week)
The following certifications are important, but not required to start with us. (But you will need to obtain any that are missing)
- Smart Serve
- Food Safety
- WHIMIS
- First Aid
Responsibilities:
- Manage up to 20 people in one shift
- Manage weekly beverage inventories
- Participate in manager weekly mananger meetings
